The manufacturing plant has all the equipment required for its activities like Rapid mixer granulators, fluid bed dryers, compression machines, V-blenders, capsule filling and polishing machine, strip packing and blister packing machines etc. The Quality control laboratory is also equipped with sophisticated instruments like HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, IR spectrophotometer, Brookfield viscometer, Disintegration and Dissolution test apparatus etc. as per the standards of official compendia and regulatory bodies.

The company distributes its products to registered outlets such as Wholesalers, Pharmacies, Clinics, Hospitals and retail outlets through its dynamic sales team.

The factory sites is situated in sanitary location with fresh air; factory production, processing and packaging areas all constructed in accordance with relevant building codes, and located at a sufficient distance from factory boundaries to prevent pollution and fires; safety measures against pathogens implemented. Warehouses for the storage of raw materials, supplies, semi-finished products and end products all well established. Hand-washing facilities for employees and facilities for the washing or sterilization of work clothes, caps, face masks, gloves and shoes are provided.

Safe Motherhood Initiative

Pharmanova joined hands with the government to reduce the maternal mortality rate by reaching out to as many women and possible. It l provided materials and also a variety of our products, both the baby care range and cosmetics for the mother.

Pharmanova sponsored Spelling Competition

In trying to support the students in both primary and secondary schools Pharmanova joined hand with Unique Marketing in helping making the competition a success.

Pharmanova Reached Out to Phalombe Cholera Victims

Pharmanova went and helped both the victims and the rest of the people of Phalombe district when the Lake Chirwa dried up. Water guard, ORS, medicines were some of the things given to the people. Our Marketing Manager, Peter Makwana also showed and demonstrated to the people how to treat the water and making it safe before drinking.
